This helps to cook the food properly and also allows the steam to escape. Allow them to cool for sometime before removing. ò€¢ Never heat liquids for more than two minutes. When heating liquids, it is advisable to put a wooden stick in the container to prevent super heating of the liquid. ò€¢ Never reheat a warm liquid again in the microwave as it can lead to faster super heating. ò€¢ It is advisable to read the instructions on the microwaveò€™s manual before cooking. They provide the necessary details regarding safe cooking with microwave ovens. ò€¢ Never allow children to operate a microwave by themselves. Proper adult supervision is required to prevent any accidents.
