Make sure that the texture is smooth using your fingers gently on the bumps and ridges, if any. In case the strips need more chocolate, replenish and coat as necessary. Finally, sieve some cocoa powder and roll the chocolate cigars in this powder. This will give the chocolate cigars a realistic look.
