Quick And Delicious Falafel Recipe

These deep-fried balls of spiced meshed chickpeas are to be served in pitta bread with Tabbouleh, lettuce and a salad. With your food processor still running slowly, add the chickpeas, until it forms a thick paste. Roll the mixture using your hands into 2.5 cm balls and coat it with sesame seeds. Fry the balls in hot oil until they become crunchy. 5.To make them easier to separate, place ding-film between layers, but only if you are freezing the falafel.
