Chiva-Soms award winning chefs have created a range of appetising dishes for guests with special dietary needs. Among the tasty choices listed for diabetics are Mountain Bread Cone with Chicken and Mixed Salad (also available as a vegetarian option), which is a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamin B12; and Seared Tempe with Brown Rice Bread, a vegetarian dish with no wheat content.
